Location: Arden Hills, MN
Duration: 2 months (This is a 20-hour work week position. M-Th between 8am-4pm, flexible)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Refresh 77 promotional tactic updates with intermittent supervision, including:

  • Reviewing brief summary and reference copy for accuracy (Windchill access + METIS access)
  • Administering a brand audit and update on select materials
  • Working with internal content owners to perform redline content review
  • Managing mandatory document updates through revision process, working with designer(s) and content owner(s)
  • Routing tactics through internal legal and regulatory approval

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Project coordination expertise
  • Demonstrated proofreading and editing skills with acute attention to detail
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Independently motivated/resourceful
  • Ability to access and navigate content using corporate software systems
