Position Description

The Technical Writer will be responsible for analyzing content needs for teams within the HR organization. After analyzing the needs, the Technical Writer will be responsible for writing, maintaining, and updating content to be posted on our internal, HR Portal., which can be accessed by our client’s 84,000 employees. The content deliverables may include overview documents, FAQs, and reference guides.

The individual in this role must have an ability to synthesize complex information into simple, concise articles, must have a high level of accountability, must be able to set, communicate, and meet deadlines, and must be able to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree required
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders to understand needs
