Position Description

The HR Change Management & Communications consultant will provide communications and change management support for the Global HR Operations and Employee Relations Center of Expertise (COE).

The HR Change Management & Communications Contingent will assist the Global HR Operations & Employee Relationsin organization in drafting communications and submitting them to internal communication mediums. This includes drafting or assisting with change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change plans as part of a structured methodology to lead change management efforts.

This role requires innovation, influence, change leadership, and leadership through collaboration across all levels of the organization. This role requires an ability to support both tactical and strategic projects which impact employees, managers, the HR Community, and HR Operations & Employee Relations staff.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree
  •  2+ years of experience required
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messages, ability to think strategically and globally, ability to work to deadlines.
