POSITION DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will partner with the Organization Effectiveness leader to support standing up the Organization Effectiveness (OE) function in service of Global Talent and Leadership Development (GTLD) organization optimization. You will also support the Enterprise Excellence (EE) OD lead to enable enterprise excellence initiatives and the HR Transformation (HRT) lead to support further refinement and optimization of the HR operating model.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key areas of responsibility include business operations support, program/project support, and analytics support to enable successful establishment and optimization of the key services and processes. You will interact and collaborate with HR colleagues from different Centers of Expertise (COEs) on a regular basis, as well as other functional partners, as needed to support achievement of deliverables.
Provides support to stand up the OE function in service of GTLD organization optimization through establishing new processes and tools and/or optimizing existing processes and tools. Key areas of responsibility include:
• Supply management and vendor contracting to support OE initiatives, such as creation of Statements of Work and Purchase Orders.
• Training administration
• Creates communications and agendas for critical team meetings and events. Works with OE leaders to build content.
• Creates and maintains OD assets, tools and templates, including internal websites and HR portal
Provides analytics support to internal OE leaders to aid in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of OE services and processes, including the following:
• Data analysis for demand planning and resourcing services/solutions
• Acts as a change analyst in select projects and programs with OD leaders (e.g., establishing the following: intake process and governance; tracking requests; conducting magnitude assessments)
• Complete analytics on project evaluations and assessment of results to inform continuous improvement
• Fields questions on OE services and internal customer needs and resolves issues as we stand up and evolve the OE function and educate the organization
Provides business operations support for OE components within a large scale business transformation effort currently underway:
• Track and maintain OE budget; evaluate budget risks and variances
• Project tracking OE project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks; maintaining project plans and tracking against timelines; provide for reporting on progress for OE components within business transformation
• Maintain key vendor information, including contacts, list, contracts and associated budgets
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced degree
- Experience in Organization Development/Organization Effectiveness
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal, written)
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Highly organized
- Strong process orientation/maintains rigor of process
- Project/change management experience
- Expertise in PowerPoint required
- Proficiency with Excel
- Can lead and manage multiple assignments and stakeholders simultaneously
- Data analytics experience
