Location: Fridley, MN
Duration: 12+ months

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BFA in graphic design.
  • Min. 10-15 years full-time experience in graphic design or related field.
  • The successful candidate should be comfortable working on a Mac and proficient with the
    Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are required.
  • Candidate must have an eye for composition, balance and continuity. Have the ability to take either strategic or very abstract ideas and translate them into design and/or PowerPoint concepts.
  • Ability to work in / with large size files, such as conventions booths and murals.
  • Experience with coordinating and directing photo shoots
  • Experience/ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Ability to serve as Creative Director when needed and also mentor creative team.
  • Possess excellent, professional communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to
    juggle multiple competing tasks and projects while keeping key constituents in the loop. Possess strong time management skills
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to keep track of specifications from multiple vendors.
