Position Description
Seeking an instructional designed to develop an online course (eight modules total ) for a professional insurance organization for the purpose of training insurance professionals on the topic “detection, prevention, and mitigation of insurance fraud”. The course will be created per a provided outline, and will be designed to be accessed via the client web portal. Also, the course should be designed to be both interesting and interactive—not excluding the use of video and/or animation. Candidates should have 7-10 years of hands-on training development experience, with emphasis on e-learning delivery, along with several years of experience creating instructional content for audiences the life and/or health insurance industry. In addition, previous experience with several of the more common tool packages, such as any of the following: Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate Presenter, Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia. Previous consulting experience preferred. Please note that although this project is 100% remote, candidates from the Minneapolis area get first preference.
