Location: Maple Grove, MN

Position Responsibilities
- Executes communications that support WATCHMAN Communications and Programs, Marketing, and Sales objectives, specifically focusing on communications directed to the LAAC Coordinator and WATCHMAN implanting physician.
- Participates in the development and execution of plans for assigned projects. Anticipated projects include:
- Partnering with product manager to build out an integrated communications plan for the LAAC Coordinator audience.
- Executing LAAC Coordinator drip email campaign, with the goal to educate and nurture coordinators through regular email touchpoints.
- Developing medical education & health economics and reimbursement communications.
- Developing tradeshow communications plans & creating marketing and clinical data materials that support tradeshows.
- Managing marketing collateral inventory.
- Communicates proactively to key customers, managing expectations, timelines and logistics.
- Produces communications materials utilizing established guidelines, processes, and tools.
- Tracks and maintains projects within identified budget, ensuring cost-saving measures where appropriate.
- Understands basic finance principles and their implications to individual projects.
- Establishes strong relationships with key customers; serving as a liaison for initiatives.
- Partners with vendors to ensure that initiatives meet expectations.
- Partners with internal print & digital designer to produce communications materials.
- Reports on project impact and outcomes to aid in the planning for continuous improvement.
- Acquires and maintains knowledge of communications trends and best-in-class practices as related to responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in Communications or similar field
- Experience with Marketing Communications, Marketing, Communications Strategy
