Position Responsibilities
Media Plan management
- Manage committed media placements, traffic print and digital content to media vendor
- Update existing print advertisements, as needed
- Manage material approval process, as needed
- Work with Digital Marketing partner to get tracking codes, send to vendor
- Share new content with regional partners
Website maintenance
- Work with internal producer to facilitate required updates to existing page content
- Manage material approval process
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager partner to make updates that will optimize search
- Share new content with regional partners
Digital asset development
- Work with internal designer/producer to create static and animated product/campaign level web banners
- Manage material approval process
- Manage SEM/programmatic placements with Digital Marketing partner
- Share content with regional partners
- Manage assets in Digital Asset Library
Collateral development
- Work with internal design team to facilitate straight-forward updates to existing marketing collateral
- Upload collateral final files to Box for US sales organization distribution
- Upload collateral final files/design files to Box for regional partners
- Manage material approval process
Style guide management
- Work with internal design team to create product level style guide resources
- Maintain, make updates to existing product/campaign style guides
Budgeting
- Work with department admin to establish POs and process invoices
- Maintain budget spreadsheets
Basic Qualifications
- 3 – 5 Years with BA
- Proven experience to perform above tasks
