Location: Maple Grove, MN
Duration: 18 months (35-40 hours per week)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Facilitates the operational support of global integrated communication strategies and tactics. Adds value by supporting Marcom projects across the life of the deliverable.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Campaign/Content Generation
  • Develop timelines that map to project plan
  • Manage timelines associated with campaign/content generation, not including digital components (managed by digital strategist/producer)
  • Proofs revisions of tools between the Specialist and Graphic Designer/Agency partner to ensure accuracy of edits
  • Direct relationships with print vendors and media agencies
  • Manages print, reprints, and media placement
  • Manages tradeshow promotional plans (excluding TCT)
  • Regulatory and Legal Review
  • Lead Regulatory and Legal approval of all content in compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Manages submission and release of materials through Metis
  • Leads live reviews when needed
  • Closely aligns with Metis BPL to ensure absolute understanding
  • Deployment of Assets
  • Conducts testing and deployment of iFolio tools
  • Ensure design files are loaded to Native Design Files folder on Box
  • Load approved pieces to appropriate Sales folder and OUS Transfer folder
  • Archives expired materials on Box and in Iron Mountain
  • Manages print inventory, print on demand, and exception reporting in Iron Mountain
  • Manages inquiries from regional partners on access to materials
  • Leads launch kits and rep mailing through Office Services
  • Creates POs for the Marketing Communications department
  • Manages updates to IC Product Catalog (quarterly)
  • User setup for various systems

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • 2-4 years with BA degree
  • Marketing communication experience required
