POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Technical Writer to assist with the migration of job aids from our client’s legacy system into a new Knowledge Management system running on ServiceNow. The contents to be migrated are related to processes followed by Customer Service Representatives in charged of processing orders for healthcare providers and company sales reps across multiple therapies. These procedures are business specific and of medium complexity and may require partnership with local resources to validate accuracy as well as to provide system screenshots for greater clarity. Job Aids to be migrated must be rewritten using templates by type and to comply with newly created guidelines to make them task-based (one point question, one clear answer), clear, descriptive and concise as well as with a common look and feel across the different knowledge bases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Technical knowledge required to upload to system is expected to be minimum and training will be provided.
- Applicants much have excellent technical writing skills, be capable of high productivity and have the ability to work independently but also to collaborate with local Subject Matter Experts to validate content.
- Minimum of two years technical writing experience.
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs to coordinate the work and to work independently to create knowledge articles.
