POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will have responsibility for the design, development, and execution strategy of various priority areas within the global learning and development team. The specific area of focus will be the development of blended learning programs for the client’s Global Supply Management function. This will include the assessment of learning needs, training, and other applicable learning vehicles for the competencies of Program Management, Commercial Agreements, and Influencing others. This position will be accountable for building the program design and supporting tools, resources, and deployment strategies for Supply Management. This position has primary responsibility to create learning experiences for all applicable employees In addition, this role will evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions related to the assigned focus area and make improvements as needed This position reports into the Global Learning and Leadership Development COE and matrix reports to the HR Director of Global Supply Management.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with leaders to evaluate, design, develop, and deploy global programs. Consider the holistic design of the program from pre-work through transfer of learning to the job. Partner with various teams to ensure an end-to-end cohesive strategy.
  • Lead development strategy from early pipeline through senior leaders for your assigned area of focus.
  • Partner to build robust global programs and solutions that are scalable, aligned to the business and COE, and integrate seamlessly with all talent processes.
  • Conduct thorough target audience analysis and demand planning – by BU, region, function, etc.
  • Set strategies and tactics for meeting the demand for assigned programs/ areas of focus.
  • Develop program marketing materials. Ensure the one-page overviews and information in the LMS and the Global Learning & Talent Development site are current and consistent for your content areas.
  • Partner with team members to ensure that end-to-end logistics, demand planning and tracking are fulfilled.
  • Follow a consistent process to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs including reaction, learning, behavior change and business results as appropriate.
  • Plan the budget through the AOP process, manage the budget including costs, status of invoices and progress against AOP
  • Manage vendor relationships throughout development and design process as needed
  • Keep apprised of industry leading trends in the development space.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage a systematic process to assess, measure and communicate the impact of development initiatives on the business, relative to investment being made. Drive enterprise wide metrics for leadership development efforts.
    Utilize a “leaders developing leaders” approach
  • Map gaps in leadership competencies and design solutions targeted at those gaps. Leverage talent data to inform areas of focus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10 years business and/or HR experience or 8 years’ experience with Master’s degree
  • 7 years project management experience
  • 7 years’ experience managing global and/or multi-site programs/customers
  • 7 years’ experience designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating blended, global learning programs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree
  • Deep functional expertise in leadership development/learning
  • Prior consulting experience on design, development, deployment, and evaluation
  • Deep focus on client and customer service. Demonstrated track record of building relationships with clients
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications; strong collaboration skills; effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others
  • Professional presence in-person, virtually and in written communication
  • Familiar with the latest trends in L&D
  • Experienced with global program deployments
  • Has expertise in areas such as assessments, competency mapping, and blended learning,
  • Cross-culturally intelligent
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency; ability to prioritize rapidly; strong problem solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen
